Jolee Collective – Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy

At Jolee Collective, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, please read our policy below.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns for store credit only.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.


2. Store Credits

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a store credit will be issued via email.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase.

3. Exchanges

  • As we run small-batch collections, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes or styles. Instead, we provide a store credit so you can repurchase if stock is available.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • If deemed faulty, we will provide either a replacement (if stock allows) or a store credit.

5. Warranty

  • Jolee Collective garments are made with care and undergo quality checks before shipping.
  • Our warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

6. How to Return

To arrange a return, please email Info@joleecollective.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as Jolee Collective is not responsible for lost returns.
